Since Arthur left Ohio's Death Row, he has enrolled in many programs that once were not available to him. Each opportunity he completes, gives him knowledge and tools he would like to someday use in the community.

In addition to college courses and other programs, Arthur is enrolled in a 6 Phase Reintegration program the Ohio Department of Corrections provides. Each phase requires community service, workplace skills workshops, personal development sessions, computer skills classes and more. He has completed all VI Phases.
